Hi doctors, was just wondering what is a odontoma and a supernumerary bud?

Different things: An odontoma is a tumor originating from a tooth and containing dental tissue (as enamel, dentin, or cementum). On an x-ray it looks like a malformed tooth. A supernumerary tooth is an "extra" tooth.
