Toothalgia-Neuralgia: Think of pain from a cracked tooth as a form of neuralgia(nerve-pain).So get the crack tooth fixed before it becomes an infected tooth and then the neuralgia escalates or the side of your face puffs up like a balloon. Then,if the pain persists after the tooth is fixed you'll have someone to blame--haha--no,it should get better.But to answer your question,a toothache and neuralgia can feel the same
