Cracked tooth: Pain/sensitivity to biting would be the pain that could mimics cracked tooth syndrome as well as temperature sensitivity. With trauma and no findings of obvious fracture, mobility, or displacement upon initial exam your dentist will likely recommend follow up in a few weeks to months along with looking for changes in symptoms. Follow up with your doctor for an exam first
