Taper slowly: You describe few of the possible side effects to Nucynta (tapentadol). Unclear what was the reason for Nucynta (tapentadol), but would suggest slowly tapering after informing your prescriber. An office visit with your prescriber trying to understand if there is any concomitant condition will be best.
