No: If you are taking Nucynta, (tapentadol) drinking alcohol along with it is a bad idea as you are supposed to be taking it regularly and not on an as needed basis. If it is not prescribed then you need to avoid both narcotics and alcohol and see someone to assess whether or not you have a substance abuse problem. Talk to your doctor about the proper way to take this drug.
