Not usually: Unless you have back pain that can be attributable to that area of the spine or concerning bone changes like loss of density that accounts for this, it's more important to focus on improving your posture.

Scoliosis: define mild scoliosis if it is like 5 degrees all you need to do is have yearly follow up to ensure it is not getting worse. Please have yearly checks at this time there is no need to worry
