Would a chest x ray show be able to see any cancer of the spine ?

You may or may not: It all depends on the type of cancer in your spine and its stage of growth. Some cancers eat-up the bone and others build on the existing bone. Best recommendation would be to have a doctor order the test that will best diagnose your disease.
