I fell&scratched my back against the wall.had a chest x-ray & my lungs are fine.but my doc said i had mild degenerative changes in the thoracic spine.what are treatment options for this problem?i've had no pain in the upper back.have lower back pain.

Ignore it: This means nothing, especially in the absence of symptoms. It is a normal result of aging.
