I had a chest xray today for a cough. results say mild lower thoracic scoliosis convexity to the right. should i be concerned? also, mild bronchitis.

No: Scoliosis curves in the thoracic spine that are less than 45 degrees will not typically progress or cause any problems. The descriptive "mild" scoliosis indicates a curve much less than that. No worries.
