You might: have unrecognized fracture or reflex sympathetic dystrophy. You need to see an orthopedic surgeon for full evaluation.

Possibly U have the:: RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy), which is also called by its newer Name of Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome, where you can have the pain and sensitivity, after any injury or surgery. You need to see a Neurologist or a pain Specialist who specializes in such conditions; and your PCP can help you refer you to one. Good Luck.
