Rash on neck,arms: Photosensitivity or skin reaction to Sun can be seen in the back of the neck and other exposed skin. Worsening of rash itch after a shower may be partly caused by protective skin oils being removed. Generalized body itching after a shower may be due to too thick red blood or lymphoma. After the shower and while the skin is wet, apply a moisturizing lotion like alphakeri. & Consult a dermatologist
