bilateral knee pain/soreness. recently started jogging with intervals on treadmill. do i keep jogging and work it out or stop?

Change up routine: The treadmill and interval routine may be too much impact on your knees. Incorporate a good warm up routine with hamstring stretching. Also consider trying ellipticals or stationary bicycle which can have less impact. Minimize resistance until you have had a chance to have a formal evaluation with a Sports MD. In addition a formal course of PT with core strengthening is likely in order.Let me know

Totally agree. Any Non-jarring exercises to the knees would get the job done, without damaging the knees further. Keep up with the exercises. Rowing and swimming would another couple of exercises that you could benefit from. Good Luck.
