Change up routine: The treadmill and interval routine may be too much impact on your knees. Incorporate a good warm up routine with hamstring stretching. Also consider trying ellipticals or stationary bicycle which can have less impact. Minimize resistance until you have had a chance to have a formal evaluation with a Sports MD. In addition a formal course of PT with core strengthening is likely in order.Let me know
