I sometimes feel weakness in knees after jogging on the treadmill. Is that something to be concerned about?

Probably not: Some weakness if it doesn't last more than a day is probably not major if the pain persists more than 2-3 days or prevents you from jogging or performing other activities, then i would have your knee checked out.

See details: Tendinitis is probably most likely in a 24 year old. If it persists another week or so you may want to have the knee evaluated.
