Probably not: Some weakness if it doesn't last more than a day is probably not major if the pain persists more than 2-3 days or prevents you from jogging or performing other activities, then i would have your knee checked out.

Probably not: Without pain, it is unlikely that your sensation of weakness is a signal of anything permanant of harmful, especially if it only happens after jogging.
