Ive had a bilateral release on my knee almost 3 yrs ago, its been sore all this time but lately its starting to heal up, so what happened? any ideas?

Lateral release: the warmth in your knee may or may not relate to a previously performed "lateral release." There may be some acute inflammation occurring that may respond to physical therapy and NSAIDs.
