I've had a bilateral release on my knee a yr and a half ago, im out of work, would it hurt my knee to get a job walking around or am i sore cause im no?

Knee: Inactivity contributes to your pain for sure. Whether a job involving walking would be right for you is hard to tell as I am not aware of your functional limitations. Your ortho doc or better off physical therapy should be able to tell you what you can or cannot do.

Unsure: What kind of release are you talking about? Lateral releases of the patella? I think walking is fine. It may make you sore but that could just be related to muscle deconditioning. I would have no problem advising that even if had that kind of surgery done.
