I have recently fallen on ice and heard a pop come from my knee. it is sore and seems to make my leg look bent. what might be the cause for this?

Knee pain: This could be a number of things. Is the distorsion due to swelling? Depending on how hard the fall was, this could be a fracture,meniscal tear or even ligament rupture. This is hard to say however without examining your knee. Rest and ice the knee and if not better in a few weeks, see your MD!
