Toothache: Aleve (naproxen) wil not cure your toothache either. Please call a dentist and. Sch duke an appointment to get this treated. It will not get better without treatment. Good luck.

Source not symptom: Taking antibiotics or pain meds can only provide so much relief for a toothache. The source of the issue, the tooth, needs to be attended to with a root canal, extraction, or a filling.

See any dentist: If you have toothache, it is best to seek immediate help from a dentist before the problem becomes worse. But if you are not able to make it to the dentist, you can combine NSAID and Tylenol (acetaminophen) to relieve the pain every 4-6 hours.

800 mg ibuprofen: You can take 800 mg ibuprofen up to 4 times daily. However, best plan is to see DDS today to solve problem.
