The advil is spaced out every 6-8 hours, while aleve is every 12 hours. I think you should be ok taking nonprescription aleve with acetominophen at 10 PM but usually we stick with one or the other and not mix them.

You should be fine, but I suggest you have that problematic tooth evaluate by a dentist before the pain increases and becomes unbearable.

Most common cause of toothache is infection, deep decay. Pain killers only block the sensation as the infection slowly worsens. Antibiotics can't get inside the tooth to reduce the infection. Please, see a Dentist quickly before this gets out of hand.
