Pain maybe unrelated: You will have to be your own detective and see wether pain resolves.If it doesn't then have a discussion with your gyn.

Fibrosis: Post-operative pain can happen after any abdominal procedures, and usually represents fibrous adhesions that cause pain with stretching. I would discuss this with your surgeon and get a thorough exam to rule out other causes
