Anytime one has problems persisting after his surgery, particularly if they are not improving, the first course should be to the surgery to perform the procedure. It is important to make sure there are no complications of the surgery. They can also check to see whether you have a urinary tract infection or some other obvious cause of the symptoms. Good luck.

Partial Hysterectomy as a treatment for pelvic/bladder pain is not the usual treatment if you are correct in understanding the reason. Your present symptoms might be due to what your bladder problem was before surgery. Best is to see a Urologist when you recover (4-6 weeks) Mention your symptoms to your surgeon to get Rx for relief. Hope you feel better
