A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pain from atrophy: Vaginal Estrogens can help with pelvic pain in women who are in menopause especially if you have vaginal atrophy. If you don't get better in 4 weeks of using vagifem consider pelvic floor rehabilitative therapy which is a computerized form of physical therapy for pelvic muscles.
