Ovarian cyst ?'s: An ovarian cyst shown on three CT scans without change in size or complexity, does not necessarily require a "BSO". Get a second opinion from a physician not associated with your present GYN physician. If the surgery is recommended for "hot flashes/mood swings/irritability", low dose bcps may be a better remedy.
