Mom had esonophilia in blood &that is now back to normal level,ct showed swollen medistinal and hilar nodes,biopsy neg.why does dr want to biopsy again?

You can ask: the doctor for the most accurate answer. I can speculate that whatever the biopsy findings were, even though "negative" they didn't account for the clinical/imaging abnormality. This is called discordance and may be due to the small % sampling error of any biopsy. But again, I am guessing.
