Need more workup: What is the status of the nodules? Have they been biopsied? Has she seen a chest doc? What is her general cardiovascular status-does she have "hardening of the arteries", high blood pressure, diabetes? All these and many other issues need to be answered. You need to get answers asap.

Agree with Dr. M.: Your mother needs an in-person evaluation. If you don't have access to a doctor, take her to the nearest hospital emergency room.
