Variable: While there is conflicting data about the "best" time to work out, depending on what your goal is. Your best bet is to focus on a time where you'll most consistently work out with good energy and won't skip work outs. Be careful about getting too fancy about timing exercise, as developing a sustainable routine is most important! Good luck.
