10amHereIs10pmInIraq: I run late at night (after 10pm) because there's much less traffic on my route. I wear a reflective top and an I.D. Band around my ankle (in case I get slammed). I cool down & sleep well. Many say it's better in the morning but it's like torture for me. I need time to wake up & get moving. I look forward to my night runs & workouts at the gym; less people all around. So,do what feels best for you.

You go Girl.: With all things being equal, other than time, the benefits derived from the exercise should be the same. Now get out there and exercise.
