It matters how old: you are. Your best answer is going to come from the dentist that treated U. Some regression or changing back might be expected, but your treating dentist should be in the best position to tell U if this is suspected, or if perhaps the braces came off too soon, or you might need to wear a retainer at night to help hold the position. My son wore braces years ago, & he still uses a night device.

Bite changes: See your orthodontist about the changes in you bite that you have noticed. Have you been wearing your retainers as instructed? Your orthodontist knows your mouth and can tell you what to do.

See yr orthodontist: If you consistently don't wear your retainers as recommended, your teeth may move to an extent that you may have to have braces again. See your orthodontist for evaluation and instructions.

Retainer?: If you are not wearing it, then what is happening is exactly what I would expect. You must wear ti to keep your keep your teeth from shift back toward their original state. if you really are wearing it, see your orthodontist. Actually, either way see them, but understand this may be your doing if you have not worn them
