Habits: Stopping habits requires recognition (which you already realize) and will power. It's really that simple. No one can do it for you and there are no special tricks. Occupy your thoughts with other diversions.... sports, reading, games, conversation, etc.

Try: Try taking 1 200mg Ibuprofen 4x/day for 3-4 days. May reduce stimulus. Or talk to your Orthodontist about a Tongue Guard.
