Yes it can: Make an appointment with an orthodontist . They can fix this for you.

See an orthodontist: The underbite can be successfully treated. The specific management needs an evaluation by an orthodontist. Ask you dentist for a referral to find out your exact needs.

Wish I could tell: but not possible to answer your question without an examination. Depends on dental malrelationships, skeletal malrelationships, presence or absence of tooth size discrepancies. See a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist for a no-obligation initial exam (usually free or low cost) for an answer.

Maybe: We have had tremendous success fixing many underbites with just braces and no surgery. That said, sometimes braces can only do so much and surgery is required. As some of the other docs noted (like Dr. Mallerman), none of us will really know if braces can fix it or not without an examination. Go see not 1 but at least 2 orthodontist to get some opinions.

I would think so: See an Orthodontist for a consultation to find out what can or cannot be done, cost and length of time required....and don't look for bargains.
