Burning stabbing pain in between shoulder blades and spine down to mid back? Hurts on both sides but worse on left
I have numbness in lower back and sometimes whole spine in bed like Im lying on something. It also hurts there for the first 5-10 seconds to lie down unless I flex my shoulder blades and hold breath in and ease into it. Whats going on?
