on the 1st i hurt my back it is on the left side between my shoulder and spine. feels like a hot screw driver stuck under my shoulder blade and twist.

See your doctor: as this could be a strain or possible a rotator cuff injury. I would avoid overuse of those muscles and take ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) until you see your doctor. If there was trauma, an X ray may be ordered as well. Best of luck!
