Shoulder pain: Hi Brianna M680- make sure there's no rash to rule out shingles. If not that then it's most likely "trigger point pain" and it's best treated with a few visits to a physical therapist or even deep tissue massage therapist to give deep seated massage. Stretching by grasping a pole and pulling back helps as firm deep pressure over the area does as well. It will go away with some time and patience.Tx
