My left shoulder hurts between shoulder blade and spine it's like a burning sharp pain. can last from 10mins to an hour i got extra rib idk if matters?

If not that then it's most likely "trigger point pain" and it's best treated with a few visits to a physical therapist or even deep tissue massage therapist to give deep seated massage. Stretching by grasping a pole and pulling back helps as firm deep pressure over the area does as well. It will go away with some time and patience.Tx
