I hit the upper inner side of my shoulder blade near the beginning of the neck on something sharp. kinda close to the neck and spine. it kinda hurts. should i worry?

You could watch and wait. If you are able to move your arm and neck, it may be a bruise that will heal with time. If needed, you may take acetaminophen for pain, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. If it does in improve in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
