Sweet potatoes: It is doubtful that these have any specific added value or health benefits beyond being quite tasty and a source of nutrients. You can eat them whenever you like, but more likely to become fat than muscle. Exercise will build muscles. Good luck with your gym workouts. Become a he-man.
