You should be scared: Oral cancer is a real risk for you. You need to be examined by a dentist or oral surgeon. You also need to stop the tobacco. You can do it. Good luck to you.

Need to see Dr.: Need to see a Dr. whom can hopefully help you quit the habit. Then get to a dentist/oral surgeon and have the tissue evaluated and possibly biopsied
