No: Chewing tobacco is a risk factor for the development of head and neck cancer, but it is from cumulative exposure. If this was the first time using chewing tobacco then it is not cancer, but it could be irritation from having the chewing tobacco along the lining of your mouth.

Not cancer: Cancer takes months to years to develop. When it is related to to account products it takes years to develop into a noticeable cancer. The white spots may be something that needs to be treated, but it is not a cancer caused by the tobacco products.
