Had surgery on my colon yesterday and today i feel like i have to pee and no pee is coming out is that normal?

Not normal: It sounds like you are having urinary retention. This could be caused by some of the medications associated with your surgery or with the surgery itself. If you can not urinate you must be seen immediately. I would suggest going to the Emergency Department right away.
