Hip hard pain with move, when sit down, lay down, walking and etc...what is this??

You may have: Common osteoarthritis, which is degenerative change over time due to wear and tear. There are other causes though that need to be considered, like a fracture, tendonitis, bursitis, and other issues that are due to biomechanics or overuse. The only way to find out for sure is to see a doctor, have an exam, and get some plain X-rays to start with weight bearing. Good luck and feel better soon.
