I am experiencing enormous pain in all my joints especially my hips, elbows & knees, also shoulders. the pain makes it hard to fall asleep & then wakes me up very shortly after falling asleep. i can't sit, stand, or lie down for long & very hard to walk

See rheumatologist: Multiple joint pain as you describe suggests an inflammatory arthritis, not simple overuse or osteoarthritis. Please schedule a visit with a rheumatologist, or your internal medicine doc for testing which should provide a correct diagnosis. Good luck!
