From : From what you are describing, you might have something called sciatica. Sciatica is a condition in which your sciatic nerve on either one or both sides of your buttocks is inpinged. The sciatic nerve does travel all the way down to your ankles and feet. It is very common for patients who are experiencing sciatica to have pain radiating down from their buittocks to their thighs to the ankles and the feet. Usually, if you have such symptoms, the best thing to do is to visit a pain management specialist or physical therapist who can provide therapy to your back in order to improve the pain.
