Colonoscopy done no complications no polyps woke up from procedure with severe lower left side back hip pain that goes down my leg. unable to sit, lay flat and walk without leg feeling numb. no pain before ct scan shows no perforation ?

Different source: Your pain may be generated through a different mechanism and further work up is needed. Among others, a possible radicular source, such as sciatica like should be ruled in or out. Your best reference at this point will be your primary doc or GP, who can examine and further coordinate tests and treatment.
