Urgent care clinic: Your symptoms require an examination and probable x-rays. I suggest immediate UC clinic evaluation today.

Varies: There are a number of possible causes including a sciatica from the irritation of a nerve in the back. A symptomatic right sided facet or sacroiliac problem can cause similar problems as can a problem with the hip itself. If it does not respond to the simpler things like medications and rest, I would not hesitate to be seen and thoroughly evaluated.
