I have unbearable pain in my hips that goes down my legs, only when i'm laying down on each hip. i can walk and sit with no pain but when i go to bed and lay on my sides the pain is excruciating. can't sleep. any ideas why? tyvvm?

Hip pain: Sounds very much like hip bursa pain. A bursitis - this can easily be treated with anti-inflammatory, topical applicants, injections.
