Third day on wellbutrin (bupropion) xl. i am having horrible consuming anxiety and i want to snap at everyone. is this a get worse before u get better thing?

How much: caffeine are you consuming? I always have patients who ingest a lot of caffeine do a taper before they start wellbutrin (bupropion). I usually increase dose by 50 mg increments. Hopefully the anxiety will calm down as you adjust to this medication. Take care.
