Avoid them!: Hi. Availability of processed and refined foods correlates perfectly with societal risk of obesity and type 2 diabetes. Processing/refining concentrates calories and removes healthy components of whole foods. Eat whole grains, not white. Almost all prepared and definitely all fast foods are poison for society.
