Height: Your height is mostly determined by your genetics. As long as you are well nourished and healthy you will reach the height that is determined by your genetic makeup.

Genetics: Your final height is basically your genetics. At the age of 16, there may still be room for growth. Young women usually grow 2.5-5 cm more after their first menstrual period. A balanced diet and exercise are also important for maximizing your growth. Like most everything, it is all about balance.
