Skin: There is no fruit. I am not sure what you really want from us. Good skin comes from a good balanced high protein low sugar diet. Fruits are 100% sugar. They are nice to eat but do not provide health benefits for your skin.

Fruits: Generally most fruits especially darker colored fruits are rich is antioxidants which are in general beneficial.
