Any noninvasive tests for endometriosis?

CA-125: That is a blood test. If it is normal it is not helpful. In appropriate women, if it is elevated it may suggest endometriosis. An ultrasound may also suggest an endometrioma (endometriosis cyst on the ovary). But a true diagnosis requires surgery.

No: None that are reliable i'm afraid; laparoscopy is not just the gold standard but the only standard for diagnosis.
