Diabetes: Endometriosis is not related to diabetes. If you have symptoms from diabetes it is typically fatigue, frequent urination, sometimes a sugar odor to urine, nausea. The best test is a fasting glucose level (blood test) and/or hemoglobin A1C (also blood test)
