You need pain medica: If your diagnosis of Endometriosis has been confirmed, you should keep pain medication at home and take it as needed. If you do not have pain medicine prescription contact your PCP or go to an ER right now and get pain relief medication right away. There is no reason to be in agony and suffer at home.

Sorry to hear that: you are in severe pain. Talk with your doctor about adjunctive treatment with acupuncture to decrease pain. It won't cure it - but may help you to be much more comfortable as this is being worked up. Take care.
