Docors done mutilpe test on me , say i have slight endometriosis and a small cyst on my right ovary but doesn't explain my daily pain. what's worng?

Pelvic pain: You may need to have a procedure called Laparoscopy. This is done under anesthesia. The doctor can look into your belly through your naval and see if there are any adhesions, and to also confirm whether your pain is also related to endometriosis.
